Participants must register online to participate in the Mediplus Annual cycling event.
Participants must provide accurate information when registering, including their full name, ID Number, phone number, and email address.
Participants must agree to the event's terms and conditions before registering and participating in the event.
When you agree to the terms and conditions you are agreeing to sign a waiver/release of liability before participating in our event.
Payment must be made via EFT after registration.
The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, a natural disaster, or any other reason beyond the event organizer's control, the registration fee will not be refunded.
If a participant is unable to attend the event due to an unforeseen circumstance such as injury or illness, the registration fee will not be refunded.
The event organizer reserves the right to cancel the registration of any participant who fails to comply with the event's rules and regulations.
All participants must wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, during the event.
Participants must follow the designated course and obey traffic laws.
Participants must obey the instructions of the event officials and volunteers.
Participants must refrain from using drugs or alcohol during the race.
Participants must respect other participants and event staff.
Participants must be older than 16 years, participate may only register for one of the routes.
Participants must register for the event, pay any necessary fees, and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Equipment requirements: Participants must have a suitable bicycle in good working condition, wear a helmet, and follow any additional equipment requirements specified by the event.
Waiver of liability: Participants, by registering for the event, release the event organizers from any responsibility for injuries, accidents, or other issues that may occur during the event.
Participants must follow all rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers, including rules regarding conduct, safety, and the route.
Cancellation policy: No refunds on cancellations.
Participants with any medical conditions or concerns should consult with their healthcare provider before participating in the event.
Participants acknowledge that cycling is a hazardous activity and assume all risks associated with participation in the event. By entering the competition, participants are doing so at their own risk.
Participants agree that they will not hold the event organizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers liable for any injury, damage, loss, or expense incurred by the participant during the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death.
The event organizer is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or expense incurred by the participant during the event, regardless of the cause or nature of the injury
Participants acknowledge and agree that they are not entering into any contractual relationship with the event organizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers, other than the agreement to participate in the event on the terms and conditions set forth in these terms and conditions.
